Alison Lessard, Founder of Lessard Luxury Wellness, LLC and Akashic Astrology (TM), offers Intuitive Advising Sessions via Skype or telephone, digital courses in spiritual development, seminars/workshops and international upscale wellness retreats for women who enjoy fine living and are seeking holistic wellness guidance on their journey of personal and spiritual growth. A sought-out master communicator and advisor in the realm of the healing arts, Alison has been featured in Ocean Drive Magazine, Racked, Bustle, Total Beauty, MindBodyGreen, and on Own Your Power Radio as an expert in astrology, sexuality/wellness and intuition. These days when she’s not busy consulting, speaking or hashtagging about spiritual living on Instagram @alison.lessard, Alison can be found enjoying an Italian espresso, on her yoga mat, studying kundalini or planning her next travel adventure.  Alison's upcoming upscale wellness retreat will be in Asheville, NC in autumn of 2016 and Provence, France in 2017.
 
After learning the ropes of high-end sales and luxury hospitality for over 10 years, Alison took a huge leap of faith and followed her heart's desire, moving from Manhattan to Miami Beach. Here, she integrates her vast wisdom and professional experiences in health, spirituality and her passion for all things luxurious. Creating her first company, Holistic Heroine in 2011, has expanded with new healing modalities and is now Lessard Luxury Wellness, LLC.  
 
Stemming from her service experience with international luxury brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Trump SoHo and Canyon Ranch Resort Miami Beach, Alison naturally incorporates elegance in her courses, seminars and retreats. Alison developed a comprehensive wellness retreat business plan for the upcoming project in Norman’s Cay (Exuma Islands, Bahamas), in partnership with Miami-based developer Fort Capital and her most recent collaboration was co-hosting a yoga getaway in Jamaica with Zen Rebel, Sienna Creasy, for a Chakra Activation Retreat among the hills of Saint Ann.
 
Alison graduated Magna Cum Laude/Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the singular Wilburn Sims Award in a department of over 500 students with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Fine Arts from the University of New Hampshire. Alison received her holistic health coaching certification from the widely-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is also a trained and certified astrologer, akashic records consultant, Level 3 reiki master, tarot reader, NLP practitioner, licensed massage therapist, barre instructor and Equinox-certified pilates mat instructor. After college, Alison lived in Florence, Milan and Paris before finally landing in New York City. She currently resides in a lovely zen den in South Florida and considers herself a citizen of the world.
