Are you ready to allow more love into your life?

 

This 8-Week Heartfulness Compassion Training Course will consist of eight lessons to encourage living from an open heart in everyday life to enhance your relationshipscultivate peace of mind and create a new reality. You'll feel calmer, more joyful + will have effective tools to transform pride into humility, anger into love + confusion into clarity.

 

Each lesson will be conducted from a Buddhist perspective. Together, we will learn about how the key to developing compassion in your life is to make it a daily practice.

-MINDFULNESS + INTENTION

-SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH

-SELF-ACCEPTANCE

-SELF-COMPASSION

-ACTING FROM INTEGRITY + TRUST

The training will revolve around creating a connection to the true Self: the Heart.
